I’m doing a free 30 minute seminar with Cass Business School on Wednesday this week. What does workplace culture look like without a workplace?

As many employers are giving locked down workers permission not to return before 2021, it raises the question what work will feel like in an age of video calls and emails but limited emotional connection. Is the golden age of the office really over, and if so do we need to hurriedly build something that works in its absence?

I’ll be in conversation with workplace expert Professor Andre Spicer (two time guest on Eat Sleep Work Repeat).
